MONTGOMERY, Ala., September 8, 2006—Destin Energy has engaged the public affairs firm Wren & Associates to work on Destin Energy's behalf in Washington DC, lobbying executive branch agencies to increase renewable fuels usage at the federal level.  Wren & Associates will seek federal regulatory changes that provide incentives for renewable fuel use, and also promote Destin Energy's ability to deliver renewable fuel solutions for institutions and businesses.
