MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Destin Energy has named Royce Whigham as Manager of Operations. Formerly the City of Andalusia's Assistant Director of Utilities, Whigham is responsible for maintaining and staffing all Destin Energy projects. He has extensive experience in planning and maintenance, including work at the Farley Nuclear Plant in Dothan and at numerous industrial installations in Alabama and other states.
